Cebu Pacific Air launches cash payment option for Kuwait flights

 

Book online even without credit cards

 

The Philippines' largest airline, Cebu Pacific Air (PSE:CEB) now offers a new payment option for those in Kuwait, in time for the launch of the airline's non-stop services to Manila last September 3, 2014.

 

Passengers without credit cards or who prefer to pay in cash, may conveniently book their flights through www.cebupacificair.com and visit any of Caesars Travel's 13 branches in Kuwait to finalize their bookings. Caesars Travel is the airline's General Sales Agents in Kuwait.

 

With this new payment option, guests can now book their flights through the Cebu Pacific website, and then click the "Middle East Payment Center" tab upon reaching the payment page. They will be provided a 12-digit reference number and the total amount to be paid.

 

They can then visit select Caesars Travel branches to make the cash payment, making sure to bring along the 12-digit reference number. Payment should be made within 24 hours. The confirmed itinerary or ticket will then be sent to the passenger's email address the next day.

 

Caesars Travel branches designated as CEB payment centers are those in: Farwaniya, Kabayan Corner, Hawally, Riggae, Abdullah Al-Mubarak, Fahaheel, Mangaf, Mahboula, Salmiya and Jahra. The dedicated Caesars CEB office located at Al Salhiya is open Saturday-Friday, while the others are open Saturday-Thursday.

 

"This initiative, in cooperation with Caesars Travel, allows us to serve our guests better," said Alex Reyes, CEB general manager for long-haul division. "We often get guests living in the Philippines who want to make bookings over our website. Their relatives in Kuwait will now be able to pay for those same bookings."

Our Kuwait payment centers through Caesars Travel branches are a welcome addition to our list of payment options, as it is specifically caters to our newest long-haul market," he added.

 

CEB previously launched payment centers in the United Arab Emirates for guests booking flights from Dubai.

 

Aside from flights, passengers can pay for other CEB travel products such as prepaid baggage allowance, sports equipment, seat selection, Travelsure Insurance and Hot Meals, among others.
